Type of Flux: Agglomerated (sintered) Type of Current: DCEP or AC Features & Applications CHF301 is one kind of silicon-calcium neutral sintered flux and its basicity is about 1.0. This combination is used for welding structures made by mild steel of Q235 and Q195 as well as for equivalent tensile strength low alloy steels of 09Mn2, 16Mn and 16MnCu. It is suitable for large heat input welding of multi-layer and multi-pass welding, single-pass welding by both sides as well as high speed welding. Particularly it is suitable for welding round seam of small diameter pipes.
